Crispbread

Bread made from crushed whole grains, such as rye and wheat, and prepared in large, thin, brittle crackers, is known as crispbread. It is a popular food item in Northern and Eastern Europe, and can be topped with a variety of toppings, such as cheese, butter, smoked salmon, or cucumber. Crispbread is also a good source of dietary fiber and is often considered a healthier alternative to regular bread.
