Chipolata

A delightful concoction, known as ragout, comprised of savory sausages, earthy mushrooms, and pungent onions. Alternatively, the sausages themselves, diminutive in size, are often served as appetizers to whet the palate. This delectable dish may also be referred to as cipollata.


A chipolata is a small sausage typically made with seasoned pork meat that is filled into a narrow casing. It is often used as a garnish for meat dishes or served alongside roast poultry.
