Ureterohydronephrosis
Dilatation of the ureter and the pelvis of the kidney resulting from a mechanical or inflammatory obstruction in the urinary tract. Surgical anastomosis of a ureter to an isolated segment of the ileum. The ileum is connected to an abdominal stoma so that urine leaves the body via that opening.
