  • Tachysterol

    One of the isomers of ergosterol. It is a compound related to vitamin D.

    A colored spot or macule on the skin, as a freckle.  

  • Tabun

    Ethyl N-dimethylpho-sphoramidocyanidate; an organophosphate chemical used primarily as a pesticide. It has been used in chemical warfare as a toxic nerve gas.  

  • Tablet triturate

    A tablet made by moistening the medication mixed with a powdered lactose or sucrose and then molding it into shape and allowing the liquid to evaporate. It usually disintegrates readily.

Also referred to as a tiltboard, this device is used to rotate an individual from a horizontal position to an oblique or vertical orientation.
