  • Propranolol hydrochloride

    One of the beta-adrenoceptor-blocking drugs (beta blockers), propranolol hydrochloride is used in the treatment of angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, certain abnormal rhythms of the heart, and high blood pressure (hypertension).
