Hypophonia
An abnormally weak voice resulting from incoordination of speech muscles, including weakness of muscles of respiration.

Restricted joint movement (play) that limits normal range of motion; the opposite of hypermobility.

Hypomelanosis
One of several disorders of melanin pigmentation in which melanin in the epidermis is decreased or absent. It may be caused by albinism, chronic protein deficiency, bums, trauma, or vitiligo.

Hypomagnesemia
Decreased magnesium in the blood. Clinically, it is accompanied by increased neuromuscular irritability. A notably deficient level of magnesium in the bloodstream.
