A dark blue nevus covered by smooth skin. It is composed of melanin-pigmented spindle cells in the mid-dermis.
A small, hard, slate-blue bump typically located on the lower back. It’s harmless and doesn’t grow. While no treatment is needed, it can be removed if the patient desires.
