Bee balm

Misnomers exist in various forms, and one example of this is when a particular label is erroneously associated with a specific object. A prime illustration of this is when the name “balm” is used to refer to a specific plant, but it is not the right term. In reality, bee balm, scientifically known as Monarda didyma, is more commonly referred to as red bergamot or Oswego tea.
