Uncrossed diplopia
Double vision in which the image appears on the same side as the eye that sees it.

Crossed diplopia
Binocular vision in which the image is on the side opposite to the eye that sees it.

Two images of an object seen at the same time.

Simultaneous production of two different voice tones. The simultaneous production of two sounds from the larynx resulting from the paralysis of one vocal cord.
