Brachial artery

The artery of the arm that is a continuation of the axillary artery which, in turn, branches at the elbow into the radial and ulnar arteries.


An artery running down the arm from the axillary artery to the elbow, where it divides into the radial and ulnar arteries.


Main blood vessel bringing blood to the arm, branching off the subclavian artery and terminating at the cubital fossa of the elbow.


The main artery of the arm; a continuation of the axillary artery on the inside of the arm.


The brachial artery is a blood vessel that travels along the inner side of the upper arm, situated between the armpit and the elbow. It plays a crucial role in supplying oxygenated blood to the arm muscles and surrounding tissues.
