Reversible monoamine oxidase inhibitors

An antidepressant medication belonging to the category of reversible monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs). These types of inhibitors are known to have fewer negative interactions with other medications and food items like cheese and red wine when compared to other MAOIs. Presently, the sole available reversible monoamine oxidase inhibitor is moclobemide.
