A condition known as Fordyce’s granules, fairly prevalent, manifests as elevated yellow spots found on the lips, gums, and inside the mouth lining. These spots are made up of sebaceous glands that are out of place. While it may be a bit unnerving, this condition is not considered serious and usually doesn’t require any treatment.
