Filament circuit

The circuit responsible for providing the current to heat the filament of the x-ray tube is known as the filament circuit. It comprises several components, including a variable resistor, filament ammeter, step-down transformer, and the filament of the x-ray tube itself. The circuit operates at an approximate current of 3/5 amperes and a voltage of 5/15 volts.
