Thimbleberry

Several varieties of wild raspberries, typically found in the New England region, are collectively referred to as thimbleberries. These raspberries exhibit a wide range of colors, ranging from a delicate pink or red to a rich, deep black, and often have a rather lackluster and insipid taste. Thimbleberries are also known by other common names such as wood mulberry and black raspberry.
