Sussex pudding

This refers to a boiled pudding prepared from a blend of suet and flour. The cooked pudding is sliced and laid out in the same roasting pan as the meat, allowing it to soak up the flavorful drippings and attain a golden brown hue. While it can be served as a standalone course like Yorkshire pudding, it typically accompanies the main meat dish.
