Fritto misto

“Frivolité frite” literally means “fried mixture” which refers to either small pieces of vegetables or meat that are dipped individually into batter and deep-fried.


A popular Italian dish, known as “fritto misto,” comprises an assortment of bite-sized portions of meat, fish, poultry, and vegetables, which are coated with either bread crumbs or batter and deep-fried until crispy.
