Congou tea

In the realm of tea varieties, there exists a type hailing from China that is classified as a black tea. This specific tea is put through the process of fermentation prior to being fired. A noteworthy distinction between the North and South regions of China is found within their respective congou teas. In the North, congou tea is renowned for its robustness and full-bodied flavor, with an additional aromatic quality found within its dark and firm leaves. On the other hand, the South’s congou tea is differentiated by its lighter coloration and a reddish hue present in its leaves.
