Bavarian cream

A solidified concoction produced by amalgamating heated custard, gelatin, and whipped cream, subsequently chilled in a container.


A chilled dessert that consists of a decadent custard blended with whipped cream and solidified with gelatin is commonly referred to as “Bavarian cream.” This dessert can be flavored with a variety of ingredients, including fruit puree, chocolate, or extracts.
